PLEASE GO BY THE MEASUREMENTS BELOW: BUST 32" WAIST 26" TOP SHOULDER TO BOTTOM HEM 42" CONDITION: VERY GOOD (crinoline not included) Vintage clothing has been worn for the most part, so it is not new.
