Vintage Short Black Taffeta Party Dress with Tulle Skirt. This is marked Size 9 but it appears to be smaller than that. See below for measurements. Dress has short sleeves with red tulle skirt sewn inside. There is a black removable tulle skirt which ties around the waist. There is a full zipper in the back of the dress and two side pockets. Tag inside of dress: 6938 - Style 723 - Size 9. Measurements:Waist - 12-1/2" (25")Under breast area - 14" (28")Shoulder to shoulder - 15"Neck opening - 12"Shoulder to bottom hem - 29-1/2"Black tulle removable skirt - 30" long Thread is coming loose on some seams/areas.
