This is a gorgeous royal blue velvet dress from the 1930s. There is matching hat and adjustable belt. The dress features a a side zipper, bias cut, decorative stone brooch affixed at the neckline, ruching on the sleeves, and small sewn in shoulder pads. The texture of the velvet is so soft. The matching hat has a fair labor standards label sewn in but the dress does not have any tags or labels. Both are in amazing condition. The only flaws are a little wear near the opening of fabric covered belt buckle and two tiny marks. One on the left back shoulder and the other on the front right skirt panel. These are only seen up close. Measurements equate to about a small/medium.
