It has a deep V ruched neckline with tons of pleats along the shoulders. Elastic waist and a very full skirt! Shoulder pads are sewn into the top. Very large draped sheer sleeves with wide cuffs. The only flaw is one small tear under the arm as shown, otherwise, it's in wonderful condition.
