Beautiful vintage circa 1940’s 100% cotton handmade skirt. A beautiful green and pink color combination with an all over of the period print which incorporates frogs and other pictographic type animals, they appear to be Native American. There are some tea stain spots, a small hole repair and the poppers that close the waist are a little loose. The waist is 26 inches and waist to hem is 27 inches. There is a very generous hem so the skirt could be made longer as the turn up is 6 1/2 inches. Beautiful soft high quality fabric that is not see through. The original owners name is sewn into the inside of the waist band. She was 92 and lived in a beautiful late 1700’s home.
