The dress is in good condition and can be worn as is but after shipping it will need pressing The top is black lace over dark green taffeta and the skirt is dark green taffeta with a high low hem and a built in crenoline. I suspect this dress is a Alfred A. because of the construction and fabric choice but all lables including size lable have been cut out.
