Vintage 1980s Victor Costa party dress. Oversized multicolor graffiti style floral on a white background. Enormous puffed sleeves with internal structure of tulle netting to keep the volume in the sleeves. Open scoop neck line and low-ish back. Dropped waist with full party skirt, white tulle skirt under layer. Dress is an excellent condition with no stains holes, tears or weirdness.
