Vintage 1930's / 40's women's dress by "Another Lucky Star New York". Not sure what the fabric is but it is light weight and you can slightly see through it when you hold it up to the sun. Has a side zip. I do not see any flaws except for a loose button that just needs to be tightened up a bit.. Please know your measurements. Make sure you know what size you will need. Shoulder to shoulder was a nit hard to measure as there is not distinct seam to measure from. It is approx. 16.5 inches The bust is 32 inches Waist is slightly over 26 inches. Length is 45.25 inches.
