His career had a meteoric rise that started with an apprenticeship with London based designer, Sir Hardy Aimes and it was there that he developed his passion and craft by creating evening dresses for the Saville Row couturier. Upon return from London, Wayne designed in partnership with various manufacturers under his own name. Ten years later, he ventured on his own, taking full control of business operations by establishing his own company. The common thread that has continued to run through his work and indeed his career, has been the pursuit of sophistication and the perfection of fit.
