Pictured is a handmade felt pink poodle skirt, a crinoline skirt to wear under the poodle skirt, and a lightweight white scarf. The crinoline is a size medium. The waist of the skirt is elastic. When I stretch it out, the waist is 14.” A friend’s mother made it for my friend to wear at Halloween. She wore not with a crisp white blouse - it was really cute.
