Gorgeous dress by Young Dimensions for Saks 5th Avenue - from the ‘60s! Beautifully preserved condition with only a few marks that I have not attempted to remove. Ruffle collar and wrists. Empire waist with separate belt that connects with snaps. No material tag; probably polyester or polyester blend. The true colors are most like the beginning photos. Estimated to fit like an XS.
