VTG 80s Tina Barrie USA Women's Black White Button Pencil Dress Office Secretary Good condition, no flaws on exterior. Since the top and skirt are attached, the skirt is open near the top of the backside (pictured) the white top goes down longer and covers it. I believe it was manufactured that way although it looks like it was slightly ripped further down. White top still covers it complete. NO SIZE TAG PLS CHECK MEASUREMENTS Measurements laid flat: length~37.5 in. Pit to pit~18 in. Waist~14-14.5 in. Hips~19-20 in.
