VINTAGE TONI TODD 1970's-1980's PASTEL BLOUSON DRESSWOMEN'S SIZE 10MADE IN USA NEW WITH TAGS! Pretty Spring dress in pastel rose, lavander, rose, and yellow design. Features a rounded neckline, 3/4 bell sleeves, elasticized waist, and flared skirt. Loop/button back neck closure, and pellon fabric shoulder pads.
