This is such a sweet garment. It was created in the early 1900’s during the Edwardian period of yellow cotton with little golden brown circles on it. The waist is 24 inches and the front length is 39 inches. It does have yellow age related stains that are mostly on the back lower part of the skirt. The fabric is still sturdy. I believe it could be cleaned. Because of all the wonderful tucking in this skirt and small print size I have saved it for years to create clothing for German China dolls or French fashion dolls. Whether you want to save it for its fashion history, display it, wear it or repurpose it still has life in it.
