Vintage 40s 50s EXQUISITE Beaded Tulle Evening Dress Needs TLC MEASUREMENTS IN LAST PIC This pretty needs help. Tulle skirt overlay has multiple holes, probably needs replacement. Zipper seam needs stitching, taffeta underskirt has staining. May come out, it has not been cleaned. Armpit has tear beyond seams. The beading is still in good shape it does have a few missing. The top could also be made into a blouse. Too pretty to toss but way beyond my skill set to fix.
