Vintage 1980s black tulle ballgown with velvet flocking and puff sleeves. This beautiful gown would be perfect for a gala or prom. This dress is vintage but in great condition. Please note the dress is shown with a crinoline underneath which is not included. I’ve also included pictures without the crinoline so it’s not as voluminous.
