LIMITED STOCK REMAINING! ! Fantastic original 1980's New Dead Stock, Mary Quant designer lace bodystocking Bodysuit In its original packet and sealed. (Display items used for photo) White colour with fancy detail. One size fits UK 6-12. Images show modelled on 6-10. These really are quality made items, Made in England circa 1980s and all still in their sealed packs. I have sold many of these items and have a limited number left. These can be worn everyday or for special occasions. Perfect for summer festivals and parties. When they are gone they are gone.! Mary Quant opened Bazaar, a boutique on the King's Road, in 1955 at a time when 'fashion wasn't designed for young people'. Quant was influenced by Chelsea beatniks and dance outfits she remembered from childhood. Famed for popularising, if not inventing, the mini skirt, her clothes were made up of simple shapes combined with strong colours. By 1963 her success led to the opening of a second branch of Bazaar in Knightsbridge. She later launched the Ginger Group, a lower priced line designed to appeal to an even wider clientele.
