Vintage Maxi Dress from Faded Glory in black and dark blue with yellow accents. The lower hem area has tie Dye patterns. The label is missing due to possible comfort issues. Size measurements are included and relate to being Size 4X. By feel and tag numbers on the care and handling, the material should be a cotton blend. More cotton than polyester. There is also a waist tie or belt loop missing, although it shouldn't really affect the fall/hang of the dress due to the weight of the fabric.
