HAS SATIN MATERIAL BOW IN FRONT. SLEEVELSS DRESS. PROBABLY A WOMENS SMALL. WAIST MEASURES APPROXIMATELY 22 INCHES. ARMPIT TO ARMPIT ON BACK OF DRESS IS 15". SKIRT IS 22" LONG.
