Velcro Very goofy choice But it works ! So you could wear it with the Velcro or always just put a zipper back in 36” bust, 25” waist, open hips, 14.5” shoulder to waist, 28” waist to hem This is a vintage item, and as with any vintage item it has imperfections. I have attempted to list them all here, however, please treat this item with the care you would treat something 50+ years old. If you wish for an item that behaves like new, please go buy something new instead.
