This is a charming example of a 1910s Titanic era dress made of off white silk with a floral black contrast. the tag inside says DH Mitchell Chattanooga. There is hand tatted or Bobbin lace all intact that runs across the front of the dress and the back. and beautiful delicate lace on the sleeve. The bottom inch and a half of the dress is trimmed in Black Velvet. Overall it's in great condition for its age except for the inside lining is shredding and needs replacement.
