This is an adorable vintage late 50s / early 60s wool pencil skirt in the most delicious melon orange. It’s XXXS – the waist is 22 1/2″. sigh. Wool.The fabric has a diagonal woven-in stripe pattern. Made in the USA. Narrow waistband with button. Metal side zip. Waist darts, front and back. Side front pleat detail, with flirty bow and kickpleat. The back of the skirt is lined with acetate, the front is unlined. The color is SO PERFECT for the autumn season…if you are tiny enough! It’s in very nice condition, but I believe it has been altered/made smaller at the waist at some point. Otherwise, it’s exceptional. From a smoke-free home. MEASUREMENTS taken laid flat, unstretched, and doubled Waist 22.5″ Hip 37.5″ Length 24″.
