This is a dark blue / navy velvet strapless dress that has a matching bolero vest that attaches to the decorative buttons on the front bust of dress. The vest can be removed if wanted. They both have light blue trim & the dress has a light blue insert at the top front opening at bust that feels like it’s made of satin.
