Vintage 1930s full-length sheer silk chiffon dress with a vertical striped pattern. The dress features a flattering v-neckline, delicate flutter sleeves, and a beautifully draped bodice with gathered empire waist styling. Side zipper closure. Measurements equate to a medium-large. True Vtg Mid-century 1960s Silk Empire Waist Evening Gown Dress Mod UNION LABEL

Stunning true vintage mid-century 1960s raw silk sleeveless evening gown with Empire Waist, high collar & rhinestone buttons. Beautiful, soft muted blue raw silk. UNION LABEL INTACT (vintage) Size 13 ACTUAL MEASUREMENTS IN PHOTOS. Not perfect, but very nice vintage condition. All original rhinestone and pearl bead buttons are intact, with no missing rhinestones or beads. Two hook and eye closures at the neck and one between the buttons and the zipper all intact. Original nylon zipper works as it should. Very minor, slight soiling as seen in photo #17. Two small holes near the bottom of the dress that can be seen pointed out with arrows in the last photo. (photo #22) Hardly noticeable, I honestly did not even notice it until I laid it flat for measurements, but obviously wanted to mention it. All in all, a beautiful, well preserved true vintage gown which embodies the Mod 1960s. ***Please view all photos carefully as they are an important part of the description including detail, condition and actual measurements.
