Built in Bra with pinup style cups.Adjustable button strapsZipper closure in backNylon lined panty Such a cute bathing suit in very good condition from the 1950s. The fabric is a cotton pique. The built in bra cups are padded and have that pointed pinup look from the 50’s. The padding may be disintegrating so I have not washed it. The elastic bra closure does not have any stretch and will need to be replaced. The shoulder straps can be worn on the shoulders or crossed in the back and adjust with buttons.Measurements:Bust – 36 inchesWaist – 28 inchesHips – 36 inchesStraps- 17 inches with button holes at approx. 16″, 15″, 14″Length, from shoulder seam to bottom of garment – 21” Please do not bid if the lack of elastic or the deterioration of the padded bra is a problem. This is a vintage bathing suit and it may need repairs. The fabric and pleats are in perfect condition with no holes, snags or fading. The bathing suit shows very little signs of wear (if any), but time has had an impact on the elastic.
