With a wide open sweetheart collar and fabulous light blue and purple floral print accented with rhinestones along the collar and in the flowers this is a unique and eye catching dress. I personally repaired the tear at the center of the sweetheart neckline to create a more stable and seamless repair to the original crooked hand repair.
