Vintage 60s Franklin Simon New York Mustard Gold Side Button Coat S M
The placket side fastening and the buttons make this coat, unique and set apart. There was a fourth button near the bottom, but the previous owner stitched that button hole shut. I can only imagine based on where it’s placed.

It also appears at one point the hem was shortened, if you were to undo it you could add a few inches to the length if desired.
