Absolutely Magnificent, Harvey Berin designed by Karen Stark 1950s Cocktail Dress with Sweetheart Fully-Boned Bodice & Scalloped Edge Silk Chantilly Lace Overskirt which Wraps around the hips and Fastens at the front via Snaps. Made in France, Black Mirror Sequins are Hand-Sewn to the Bodice and the Overskirt, the Outer Layer of the Tulle Skirt which lays UNDER the Sequin Layer is masterfully CRYSTAL PLEATED, and Under this layer, is an additional layer of Stiff Tulle Crinoline Skirting. The base layer of the dress is rayon & is a Near Full Circle Skirt which again, is lined/backed in Tulle which stiffens the base layer skirt. Side Metal Zipper, Double-Spaghetti Straps which are secured together at the tops of the shoulders. Size XXS, Measures Bust 31-32″ Max (Not much to let out, maybe an additional inch), Waist 25-26″ Max, Length waist to hem 29″, Shoulder to hem 45″. I would not say this dress would fit any more than a small C Cup, Just FYI. The condition of this dress is Supreme, No holes or tears in any of the tulle or lace that I observe, a very minor fade line at the rayon base skirt on the interior (see last pic). The designer tags have been removed but I have photos of this same dress with the tags, should you require them.
