A hard to find vintage 1990s jumper dress by Kokoon. Made in the USA. Full comfortable style. Loose fitting. Lady Bug-like overskirt with center split in the front and the back. Pouch side pockets. Super cute with colorful necklace, socks and some 1990s sandals or boots! This dress is low on the sides like a jumper or overalls so it will need a slip or top below. Super cute! The color is navy blue and creamy white. The fabric is a vertical crinkle rayon/acetate with a slight stretch to it.
