You are bidding on Vintage Women’s Size Medium (according to measurements) Michelene Ivory w/Green Pink Floral Sheer Hem Half Slip. This dainty slip is just beautiful. The 2 1/2″ sheer hem is scalloped with embroidered flowers in light green and pink thread. Even the scalloping is embroidered and goes from green to pink to green. It’s just beautiful and they don’t make things the way they did back then. I’m guessing this is from the 1950’s or 1960’s as it was found in a trunk belonging to my step-mother that contained items from that era. There is a small section on the back of the elastic waist where 1 1/4″ of threading came loose from elastic (see 5th photo). There are two pink “stars” where the threading is loose (6th & 7th photos) and a green & pink “leaf” (8th & 9th photo). There are a couple of brown spots along hem (9th &10th photo) that I did not try to spot clean. Slip has been freshly laundered and line dried.
