This is a vintage silvery blue dress by Crest Fashions, Size 14, long sleeves, in a probable rayon blend fabric. It has a blouson jacket like top attached to a sleeveless dress inside which has a V neckline and is generously trimmed with a silvery/clear beading. It features shoulder pads, gathering at those pads and ends of sleeves, back zipper, a dropped waist. It is very full and roomy. It has a Union Label dating the dress from 1974-95. It is in very nice condition except for two tiny pin holes approximately 1 mm long in the right sleeve on the back (please refer to last picture).
