Vintage Phil Rose of California “Fun Collection” skirt. Beautiful colors with A line form and quilted design. Waist measures approx 24″ and measures 38.5″ from waist to hem. There are a couple tiny spots on front and a worn away color spot on back bottom. See photos for condition and details.
