The plunging V neckline and straps are framed in ruffled stretch lace, with satin ribbon-threaded picot lace running down the front panels and dainty satin rosettes accented in green scattered throughout. The body falls into a flared lace peplum hem for a soft, full-skirted finish. A genuine 1980s piece made in the USA, with all the frilly, feminine detail that defines the coquette and whimsigoth looks.
