Good condition but there is a small patched spot on the skirt in front. Could possibly put on an appliqué or hem it to a mini. Please see photos. Measurements lying flat: dress armpit to armpit 16”, empire waist 13 3/4” stretches to 16”, shoulder to hem 56”. Patch is about 36 1/2” down. Jacket armpit to armpit approximately 20”, shoulder to hem 15”.
