Bought for daughter to wear for a school presentation about prairie life. Found in vintage shop on small Ohio town. Label suggests dress was made in New York, all Women’s Union ILGWU - most likely era 1974-1995 (based on research). Shawl bought separately at same vintage store material is made to look like sack cloth. No label, so I’m thinking it was hand made to supplement the dress.
