Actual Measurements Bust 32 inches. Waist 22 inches Hips are full Total length 40 inches Outside shoulder to waist 14.5 inches. This is shorter than normal To make sure something will fit, take measurements from a piece of clothing that fits you well and use those measurements to compare. If you use your personal actual measurements, you should always figure needing two inches extra for breathing room. I show this dress with and without a crinoline. The crinoline is not included. The belt is included. Label- A unreadable tag at the back neck. A union made label on the skirt Closes with back metal zipper Fabric is a medium weight cotton. It has hand painted flowers. This dress is unlined. I show this dress with a red patent belt. It is not original, but it is included. ConditionThis dress is clean, with no holes or tears. It does have a few issues. The dress fit my mannequin tightly and you can see the zipper has some stress pulling from the dress fitting tightly on a previous owner. You can see when the dress is not being pulled tightly, that the zipper stress pull is not visible. The belt as well covers this area. The zipper had been messed with. It had been taken in and then let back out. It left some seam remainder lines that I show in a photo. The dress has also been shortened. The original hem has been turned up and hand sewn. You can see in the photo, the original factory sewn hem and the hand sewing. You could put this dress back to its original length by removing the hand sewn thread. But, there would be a seam remainder line that would not be ironed out. I show a close up of the hand painted flowers. There is a very little bit of paint loss on some of the flowers, as shown in photo. What Diane Likes About This DressThis is a fun and fanciful dress that does not take itself to seriously. It is a stylish dress, but still down to earth. It has a classic 1950s, full skirt and fitted top design. It is those hand painted flowers that give the dress a lot of interest.
