Fashioned in early Art Deco, this garment reminds us of the style worn by Wallis Warfield Simpson, as well as dresses seen in the early 1930's movies. Black loose weave wool, with silk bodice and satin cummerbund. Accented with covered buttons (red silk worn from centers) and satin neck tie.
